Windham Southeast Supervisory Union has been providing early education and early childhood special education services to young children and their families for over thirty years. Starting in 1987 with a small grant from the former Brattleboro Town School District to provide home visiting to parents of children birth to age three, we have grown to encompass
- Pre-k partnerships
- Early Childhood Special Education serving children with delays and disabilities ages 3 up until kindergarten
- Head Start, Early Head Start, and Parent-Child Center through Early Education Services,
- Preschool classrooms at Guilford Central School, Oak Grove School, and Putney Central School
Early Childhood Special Education
WSESU provides early childhood special education to children between the ages of three and five up until kindergarten who have developmental delays and disabilities and who qualify for an Individual Education Program, or IEP. We provide early childhood special education within school- or community-based early childhood programs to ensure inclusive preschool education.
